Restaurant & General
Payment at the Restaurant
- Means of payment: We accept cash, debit card, Visa and Mastercard.
No-Show Fee
- No-show charge: If you fail to show up without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of € 30,00 per reserved seat or to deduct it from the credit card on file.
- Reason: Because we reserve tables and staff specifically for you and often cannot rebook them at short notice, a no-show causes us financial loss.
Allergies & Intolerances
- Advance notice: Information about allergies and intolerances must be provided in advance when ordering or during the detailed planning.
- Cross-contamination: Despite the greatest possible care, cross-contact during preparation cannot be entirely ruled out.
Liability & Cloakroom
- Cloakroom: No liability is accepted for items left in the cloakroom.
- Gifts: No liability is accepted for gifts brought along (in particular envelopes containing cash). We kindly ask you to take these with you the same evening.
House Rules
- Conduct: Greenvieh reserves the right to exercise its house rules. Guests who, through their behaviour, disturb others present, interfere with operations or violate quiet hours may be asked to leave the premises.
Place of Jurisdiction
- Jurisdiction: For all matters arising out of or in connection with this contract — including the question of its valid conclusion, its performance and termination, as well as its pre- and post-contractual effects — the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Silz (Bezirksgericht Silz) and the application of Austrian law pursuant to § 104 JN are agreed.
